説明：
Google CloudPlatformとGoogleWorkspaceは、50分間のGoogleアカウント認証を必要とするすべてのサービスに影響を与えるグローバルな停止を経験しました。根本的な原因は、自動化されたクォータ管理システムの問題であり、Googleの中央ID管理システムの容量が減少し、エラーがグローバルに返されていました。その結果、ユーザーリクエストが認証され、ユーザーにエラーが配信されたことを確認できませんでした。
顧客への影響：
認証を必要とするGCPサービス（Cloud Console、Cloud Storage、BigQuery、Google Kubernetes Engineを含む）は、すべてのユーザーに対してエラーを返していました。
