読み: ふぁいぶぜろじゃぱん 英語名: 00000JAPAN

00000JAPANとは、大規模災害が発生した時に、情報収集や安否確認などを行いやすくするため、無料で開放される公衆無線LANの統一ネットワーク名称。契約がなくても誰でも利用でき、SSIDを「00000JAPAN」に選択すれば、パスワードを入力しなくてもインターネット接続できる。

Free as unification network for disaster that even anyone can use leave public wireless LAN that each corporation, group, individual builds "00000JAPAN" at the time of disaster not only carrier and provides open, and user can connect to the Internet without password if we choose network name "00000JAPAN" to appoint when we connect to wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) called SSID.

When it is available
At the time of disaster occurrence such as refuge being established as for the use. (not available in normal)
Setting place is specific place of public facilities of the city 20 with iitoda spot, indoor athletic ground, martial arts place of elementary and junior high school of the city 18.
When power supply is not supplied to access point and communications equipment by blackouts, it is not available.
Usage
It is available in Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android equipped with Wi-Fi.
We introduce smartphone (android) to example by assembly operation.
1.Connection to Wi-Fi
We turn on Wi-Fi of the use apparatus.
We choose 00000JAPAN. (input of password is unnecessary)

The use of Wi-Fi is enabled.
Because it is the use at the time of disaster, the use time and the use number of times do not have limit.
Precautions
"00000JAPAN" does not encrypt radio using WEP so that anyone uses without password at the time of disaster. Therefore when there is user with malice, communication contents of wireless section (from terminal to access point) are intercepted and they steel a glance at personal information such as ID and password, credit card number that they input and may be done. 誰でも使用できる災害用統合ネットワークとして無料で、キャリアだけでなく災害時に各企業、グループ、個人が「00000JAPAN」を構築して公開し、ユーザーが選択すればパスワードなしでインターネットに接続できる公衆無線LANを残すSSIDと呼ばれる無線LAN（Wi-Fi）に接続するときに指定するネットワーク名「00000JAPAN」。

利用可能になったとき
利用は避難所が設けられているなどの災害発生時。（通常は利用できません）
設置場所は、市18の小中学校の飯田スポット、屋内運動場、武道場がある市内20の公共施設の特定の場所です。
停電によってアクセスポイントと通信機器に電源が供給されない場合、使用できません。
使用法
Wi-Fiを装備したWindows、MacOS、iOS、Androidで利用可能です。
組み立て操作で例にスマートフォン（アンドロイド）を紹介します。
1.Wi-Fiへの接続
利用機器のWi-FiをONにします。
00000JAPANを選択します。（パスワードの入力は不要です）

2.使用開始
Wi-Fiの使用が有効になっています。
災害時の使用ですので、使用時間や使用回数に制限はありません。
注意事項
「00000JAPAN」はWEPを使用して無線を暗号化しないため、災害時に誰もがパスワードなしで使用できます。そのため、悪意のあるユーザーがいる場合、無線セクション（端末からアクセスポイントまで）の通信内容が傍受され、入力したIDやパスワード、クレジットカード番号などの個人情報が一目でわかります。このサービスをユーザーの責任において十分に理解し、使用してください。（緊急時の安全確認とインテリジェンスとして「00000JAPAN」の使用を続けてください。）
